How can geometry guide the rhythm of daily life?
On a narrow site with limited direct sunlight, Foci explores the use of deep lightwells piercing through the structure as a lighting strategy. Conic sections regulate levels of privacy and provide light to different spaces throughout the day. Among the intersections of curving and linear forms, light itself becomes the ornamentation.
